AI Voice Infrastructure is now GA. Ultra-low-latency WebSocket SIP trunking optimized for Vapi, Retell, Bland.ai, and OpenAI Realtime API. See the AI Voice documentation to get started.

Number provisioning latency reduced to <2s

Phone number provisioning API now completes in under 2 seconds globally, down from 5–15 seconds. Instant provisioning is now the default for US, UK, CA, and DE numbers.

SMS throughput increased to 1,000 MPS

US long code throughput increased from 300 to 1,000 messages per second per account. Contact sales to enable higher limits.

Bug Fix

Fixed MMS delivery failure for certain carrier routes

Resolved an issue affecting MMS delivery to T-Mobile numbers via certain routing paths. Delivery rates have returned to normal.
